  • Competition entries are stored for up to 60 days after each challenge ends.

Within our system which is hosted on secure UK/EU-based servers which are GDPR complaint, and accessible only by authorised personnel through protected access.

Third-party platforms: Payment and transaction data may also be processed and stored by trusted third-party providers (such as payment gateways or hosting platforms), each of which maintains their own validated data protection compliance.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes. All data is stored with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

10. Use of Instagram Handles

  • We may use handles to track wins, participation, and gameplay trends.
  • We do not associate handles with personal details like name or email.

11. Communications & Inactivity

  • If you win a game and do not respond within 7 days, your reward may be voided.
  • We do not maintain mailing lists, so all updates to this policy or the Terms of Service will be posted to our social platforms with a summary note of what has changed.
