Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the terms under which refunds are (or are not) offered for digital purchases made via the Motion Cypher website.

1. Nature of Products

All Motion Cypher products — including downloadable image packs, game files, and any associated puzzle materials — are digital products delivered electronically. You are not purchasing a physical item, and you will receive your content immediately upon completing payment.

2. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):

  • Accidental purchases
  • Downloading the wrong game or image pack
  • Changing your mind
  • Inability to complete the game or submit answers
  • Missing out on prize eligibility

Please ensure you review the descriptions carefully before completing your purchase and contest if you are unsure.

Pre- Orders would also fall under this. However as they’re in advance, and digital files not completely issued are purchase, it would be your responsibility to email us at least 24hours before the pre-ordered item were to be come live this way it give some time for us to cancel your order request.

3. Instant Delivery & Consumer Rights

Under UK consumer law (The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you typically have the right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days of the transaction. However:

By purchasing from Motion Cypher, you agree to waive your 14-day cancellation right.

This is because:

  • You are given immediate access to the digital product (again not totally the case with Pre-Orders)
  • The content is made available without delay (nb. Section 2 Pre Orders)
  • The game may involve competitive or time-sensitive elements

By proceeding with payment, you explicitly consent to receiving the content immediately and accept that this waives your statutory cancellation rights.

4. Download Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your download (e.g., the download link fails), please contact us at:

We will investigate the issue and, if appropriate, re-send your download link or provide an alternative method to access your purchase.

However, access issues caused by:

  • User error (e.g., wrong email address entered)
  • Incompatible devices or software
  • Internet interruptions on your end

do not qualify for a refund.

5. Prize Eligibility

Please note: purchasing a product does not guarantee you will win a prize. All prizes are governed by our Terms of Service, which outline eligibility, submission criteria, and payout rules. A refund will not be issued if your submission is disqualified or if you do not win.
