Cypher Law
1. Objective
Each Motion Cypher is a visual challenge. Your goal is to identify key differences, events, or deductions between a set of images. Some are “spot the difference” photo puzzles, others require narrative or logical interpretation; think of them as photo essays; images you have to study. If you are look for differences the main thing to describe is the changes surrounding fixtures and furniture by inferring and deducing.
2. Time Limits
- Each cypher has a fixed live window (e.g. 1 hour, 24 hours, or 48 hours).
- Submissions outside this window will not be counted.
- The earlier you submit, the better your odds (if multiple correct entries exist, the fastest wins).
3. Submitting Your Answers
- Submissions must follow the method described in the cypher (typically via web form or Instagram comment).
- Only one submission per paid access code unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- You must include your Instagram or Tiktok (depending on where the Cypher is hosted) handle with your answer
4. Accuracy Over Quantity
- In spot the difference – You do not necessarily need to find every correct answer just more than everyone else and quickly.
- However, you cannot submit any incorrect answers. One wrong answer voids your entire submission.
- All answers must be correct. No wrong moves.
5. First Come, First Serve
- Winners are determined by:
- Most/Correct answers
- Fastest time of submission (if tied in answers)
- If you find all answers, you outrank someone who was faster but found fewer.
- In other photos essay you may simply be required to work out what has happened by looking for visual clues and connecting the dots.
6. Follow to Play
To be eligible for prizes, you must be following @MotionCypher on Instagram and/or TIktok (depending on where the Cypher is hosted). This is how winners are verified and contacted.
7. Honour Code
- Don’t share answers. Each player must deduce on their own.
- Copying others ( or cheating with AI ) may waste your time — and their answers might be wrong.
- Use your mind. Deduce with discipline.
8. Teamwork
- You may collaborate with others, but only the purchaser may submit;
- Group submissions are not allowed if the full puzzle is free and posted directly on Social Media.
9. Communication & Support
Questions or issues? Email us at cypherlaw@motioncypher.com. We do not offer live support, so please double-check everything before submitting.
10. Fair Play & Disqualification
- We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that:
- Is submitted late
- Uses obvious cheating methods
- Violates the spirit of the game or rules
- Our decisions are final.
TO NOTE.
All cyphers are created using 3D modeling and not AI. This means that we have absolute control over the changes and how stories or events are depicted. We will always try to keep things as realistic as possible and avoid telling stories or presenting changes that are completely from a fantasy point of view this would mean things like furniture and fixture changes, object placement change of wall paint, floor boards .etc rather than partitioning of walls or random
